Individuals could book this session to start one on one counselling work. This works for individuals who would like to have a space to decompress, to discuss and to reframe thoughts and minds. In this session we could address your past/current traumas, explore your needs and wants, or to work out a strategy to reach your goals. I work WITH you and alongside with you.

The world is busy moving around you, and often times what we could do is to focus on ourselves and to value ourselves’ need to get some supports.

Youth Counselling (age 16-18)

Youth could have stress too! When you think about it, it is never easy growing up. Finding one’s own self-identify and self-esteem is a long time work and it starts young. Many behavioural issues could be addressed by addressing the emotional stress. A lot of times, youths just need to have someone to talk to that is more neutral and is with full professional knowledges and skills in supporting children.

Both youths and parents could also use some help in finding a way to work together to achieve better wellbeing. A format of family counselling could also be arranged within the family counselling.

Who wouldn’t want their relationships work? We all have the best intention but sometimes, we just feel that we are not heard by our partners or families . Or in fact, we are shouting our thoughts at each other, or even giving up that all together.

This session is aimed to improve the communications or address some embedded historical or current issues in couples or between family members.

If you are considering to enter a couple/ family counselling, you are already on your first step to show that you care for each other and your relationships.
